HOW TO COOK BCVF PREMIUM STEAK
BVCF Ribeye, Porterhouse or T-Bone
Oil for cooking (we recommend ghee)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 500 degreees. Stick your cast iron in the oven for 10-20 minutes. At this time, dry off your steak, season with salt and pepper, and let it rest on your counter.
Turn your stove top burner to the highest heat. Take out your preheated cast iron skillet out of the oven, and place over the burner.
Pour an oil with a high smoke point into your skillet. Sear your steaks five minutes on each side or until your steaks reach desired internal temperature.
