PS: you’re dropping some upfront bucks, so we’re happy to deliver it to you for free within our delivery radius!

what’s your delivery radius?
All BCVF quarter/half/whole beef and hog purchases comes within a 20-mile delivery of St. Louis and Cuba, Missouri. We currently do not deliver outside the State of Missouri. If you are uncertain whether you are within our radius, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
IS beef or hog order customizable?
Absolutely. You can do one-of two things: purchase your hog or beef, then email or call about specific customizations or place your customized order via email: email@example.com
HOW ARE PRODUCTS PACKAGED?
All of our meat is flash frozen upon butchering to ensure premium quality. While we can guarantee the amount of pounds you receive per hog and beef order, all pounds per package are an estimate:
Ground Beef and Sausage: 1 lb packages
Pork Shoulder Steaks: 1-1.5 lb packages
Pork Cutlets: .55 lb packages
Neck Bones: 2-3 lb packages
Bacon, Jowl, Cured Bacon Ends: 1 lb package
Cured Ham Hocks: 1.5 lbs
