Our story

Farming is in our blood. Co-founder Matt Stubblefield comes from nine generations of farmers and has spent his entire life farming. With a desire to use his expertise to bring healthy, delicious beef to Missourians’ doorsteps, he and his wife, Rockael, moved forward to found Brush Creek Valley Farms in 2018. After getting their start in local farmers markets, they expanded their services into direct-to-consumer options via the online shop and selling to wholesalers. Now, anyone across the United States is able to enjoy Brush Creek Valley Farms meat in their own homes.
