We are a family owned and operated mid-Missouri producer of beef & pork. All of our livestock are hormone-free and pasture finished! We deliver our high-quality meat straight to your door.


All of our cattle are finished on green pasture to guarantee high-quality beef. We sell quarter, half and whole beef along with ground beef packs. You can also try our beef in our subscription meat boxes!


Our pasture-raised pork are in hog heaven getting plenty of exercise and foraging in the woods. You can try some of our delicious pork in our subscription meat boxes!


Our BCVF Pasture-Raised beef and pork is flash frozen. Our most popular product! A 12x12 Insulated box filled with a variety of our highest-end beef & pork cuts. Delivered to your house once monthly. This product is perfect for families of all sizes. For a smaller household, you would benefit from our hassle-free OPT OUT program for months you may not need your meat box.

Brush Creek Valley Farms is a 4th generation family farm based in Cuba, Missouri. The farm is run by Drew and Matt Stubblefield, a father/son team. Matt and his wife, Rockael Stubblefield operate BCVF. Our mission is to efficiently deliver humanely-raised and nutritious meat to families around the great state of Missouri.
